Instructions for downloading from iTunes

To download the podcasts, please follow these steps:

1. Download and install iTunes - How to install iTunes video

2. Go to http://itunes.tcd.ie/

3. Click on the "Open TCD on iTunes U" link

4. iTunes store will now open and you will see the Trinity College Dublin page

5. Scroll down to the "TCD life" section and open "Health Matters"

6. Download each podcast by clicking on the corresponding "Get Movie" button

7. After downloading the podcasts will be available in the "Podcast" section of your iTunes "Library"

8. You can watch the podcasts on your PC or you can connect an iPod / iPhone to your PC and sync - how to sync video
