LEAD Deadline Approaches
From September 2013, as part of the College-wide implementation of LEAD (Living Equality and Diversity), all College staff sitting on interview panels are required to have completed the LEAD programme.
Completing LEAD:
Staff can access and register for the LEAD programme from the LEAD programme homepage. It takes between one and two hours to complete and is available to all TCD staff.
More information on the LEAD Programme:
The LEAD Living Equality and Diversity eLearning programme is an interactive tailored online resource developed by the IUA Equality Network. It provides key training on equality and diversity issues in a University context so that staff can understand and respond to the College Equality Policy and the College Dignity and Respect Policy. It is a self-paced modular programme; and is relevant to all College staff in their different roles: academic, professional and support.
It is supported by the Equality Committee, HR Committee and Board, and will become a requirement for staff participating in interview panels by September 2013.
If you have any questions regarding the LEAD programme please contact the Equality Officer.
