Equality in Trinity

In this section you will find information on different equality-related topics, services and resources in Trinity College.

Committees and Reports:

• College Equality Committee - has responsibility for advising Board and Council on all equality-related matters.
• IUA Equality Group - comprises Equality Officers from all seven universities in the Republic of Ireland.
• Equality Monitoring Activities - include annual monitoring of staff, students and applicants to College.
• Equality Office Reports - include annual reports and reports collated following requests from College.

College Programmes and Services:

• Student Access Programmes - work to tackle social exclusion and to widen access to College.
• Disability Services - work to meet the requirements of College staff and students with disabilities.
• Women in TCD - includes information on strategies to recruit, retain and advance women in College.
• Work Life Balance - supports staff and student well-being, particularly for those with caring responsibilities.
• LGBT in College - includes supports for LGBT staff and students in College.
• Inclusive Teaching and Assessment - responds to the varied learning needs of the diverse student population.
