A revised Code of Practice Applying to the Employment of People with Disabilities was developed as part of the Review. This review furthers College’s commitment to creating a positive work environment that is disability friendly and increasingly accessible.

3% Employment TargetCollege is required to promote the employment of people with disabilities under the Disability Act 2005 and is required to reach a target of at least 3% of staff to have disabilities. Staff CensusCollege requested all staff to complete a staff disability census in 2010 in order to comply with the Disability Act 2005.
