  • Willing Able Mentoring works in partnership with public and private sector employers to secure paid internships for graduates with disabilities.
  • Employability: offers a job matching service that matches business recruitment needs to graduates with disabilities, and supports the employee through the transition process.

Information for employers

Information, resources and support for employers:


  • Disability Awareness Support Scheme: This Fás scheme ensures that managers and other employees maximize their working relationships with colleagues with disabilities.
  • Fás Reasonable Accommodation Fund: This fund is for companies with disabled employees who are seeking to provide additional supports to assist them with their work or make the workplace more accessible.
  • Kanchi: Offers knowledge, tools, consulting and training from business and disability experts for its members.
  • Get AHEAD: is a forum for Graduates with Disabilities.  It also provides information on a range of topics including legal entitlements, inclusive employment and training.
