Current Projects

Some of the current projects which are being overseen by this office in conjunction with relevant academic and administrative departments include:

• Implemention of the Supports in Trinity Administrative Review and Transformation (START)
• Implementation of an Enabling Strategy (eStrategy), which sets out to modernise our IT systems to meet the ever changing business and information requirements of a diverse and complex academic environment
• Coordinating Risk Management for College and overseeing the development of Emergency Planning for College
• Coordinating the Strategic Plan Implementation of Trinity College’s Administration and Support Services
