College Health and Sports Week Timetable
All of the activities below are FREE for Health Week only. Students & staff are welcome to take part in these activities, members or non members, and we cater for all levels of ability. Please scroll down to view an additional programme at the St James Hospital location.

Launch of Health Week. GIVE IT GO... There's so much to try in Trinity College and we're bringing some of the great options to Front Square. Were you the Hula Hooping champion 2002? Try the Hula Hooping station and see if you're still the snake hips you once were. When's the last time you unleashed your inner Michael Jordan? Show us what you got at the basketball hoops station. There'll be at least five stations. Come up for the craic and Give It A Go! If you've an idea for a station, let us know. | Campanile, Front Square |

| 5.15-6.00pm | Studio Cycling. These classes suit everyone from the beginner to the more experienced as the resistance can be adjusted to suit your individual fitness level. Enjoy a journey over long and winding hills, steady flats and steeper inclines to push you to improve your aerobic fitness and muscular endurance. Details here. |

| 10:00 am -12: 00pm | Blood Pressure and Lung Age Check. Nurses from the Health Centre will check your blood pressure. If you're a smoker you might also like to have your lung age checked. Most events are weather permitting unless otherwise indicated, e.g. *Wet weather – the Sports Centre will be used;
Most events cater for all levels of ability: please check in advance if you have any special requirements/queries.
If you have any serious medical conditions or have not exercised in over a year then seek medical clearance before participating in this programme. Wear comfortable clothing & sports footwear is recommended.
**Personal best 1 minute gym challenge - take part and be entered in a draw;
***Introductory Training Session-available to first time users and Trinity College staff non-members. This includes a brief consultation with an instructor followed by a tour or supervised training session.
