All of the activities below are FREE for Health and Sports Week only. Students and staff as well as Sports Centre members and non members are welcome to take part in the activities below. We cater for all levels of ability.

Acupressure session with Mark McGauran (A taster session lasts 20 minutes. One person per session.)Ki Acupressure is a dynamic system developed by Korean Buddhist MonkCheong Wol. | 5.30-7pm | The Women's Rugby World Cup is currently doing a tour around Ireland and is visiting Dublin in advance of the competition being held here this summer. The event includes a Q&A session with former Irish captain Fiona Coghlan and current internationals Niamh Briggs, Lyndsay Peat and Ailis Egan (who is a Trinity graduate). This will be followed by an open training session with the Trinity Women's Rugby team. |
