BA (Mod) in Business, Economic and Social Studies (BESS)
The BESS programme enables students to study business jointly with either Economics, Political Science or Sociology. The common first year of BESS introduces you to a broad range of disciplines that will help you make sense of the complex world in which we live today. From the second year onwards, the flexible structure of the BESS programme allows you to pursue these interests in greater breadth and depth. See the BESS website for further information.
Bachelor in Business Studies
Entry to the Bachelor in Business Studies in through the BESS programme. After the common first year you may chose to specialise in Business which leads to the award of the BBS. See the BESS website for further information.
Bachelor in Business Studies and a Language
The Business School, in conjunction with the School of Languages, Literatures and Culture, offers five BBS & Language degrees which involve the integrated study of business with a language (either French, German, Russian, Polish or Spanish) throughout all four years of the programme. Law and Business
This joint degree aims to give students a firm grounding in the disciplines of law and business and to develop a critical understanding of both the legal framework of business activity and the economic and commercial context in which law operates. You will have the opportunity to focus upon the many areas of overlapping interest between the two disciplines. See courses website for further information
BA (Mod) Computer Science and Business
This joint degree aims to provide its graduates with the knowledge and skills necessary to work in the technical field of computer science and information systems design and at the same time to understand the fundamentals of markets, organisations and business management.
