The School's Centre for NonProfit Management (CNM) conducts leading research in the areas of non-profit management, managerial leadership across business sectors and cultures.
Centre for Global Business Systems
Formally established in 2008, the Global Business Systems Centre is a joint initiative of the School of Business and the School of Computer Science & Statistics. The Centre is focused on developing the knowledge base and professional practice that will enable the re-invention of the underlying structures of global business systems. It explores ways in which new concepts in computer systems and architectures (including new software and computational tools) can be used for developing trans-national systems and the organising of international flows of goods, people and information: an "internet of things".
Industrial Relations Research Trust (IRRT)
The Industrial Relations Research Trust was established in 2005 for educational purposes to raise funds to provide educational scholarships/bursaries to support and fund postgraduate research in the field of Industrial Relations.
IIIS
The School contributes significantly to Trinity College's Institute for International Integration Studies (IIIS). The IIIS conducts rigorous academic research on the global and regional dimensions of international business, economic, political and cultural integration. By developing new theoretical and empirical perspectives, it seeks to improve our understanding about the many dimensions of the international integration process.
Policy Institute
The Policy Institute is a multi-disciplinary public policy research institute based in the Faculty of Arts, Humanities and Social Sciences. The Policy Institute promotes active debate and engagement between the academic and public policy communities in Ireland, and supports the analysis and development of effective policy solutions
