Grant Application

The closing date for a second round of applications in 2010 is 14 January 2011

Guidelines for applicants:

1. Funds would be used for the purchase of:
• Books, maps, manuscripts or similar material that will enhance the research resources of the College Libraries
• Books not otherwise held in the College Libraries, to be used for the development of courses
2. Preference will be given to applications for books to be deposited in the College Library or in established departmental libraries, where they will be catalogued and available for use by the College community.

Members of the academic staff of the College who wish to apply for a grant should email booksale@tcd.ie for an application form.

A detailed list of titles to be purchased with reference to the above guidelines must be attached to the application, and the application must be signed by the Head of Department as well as by the applicant member of staff.
