At the Trinity Centre for Bioengineering research teams are developing a number of next generation medical devices to solve clinical and industry needs. The research programs are multi-disciplinary in nature whereby engineers, scientists and clinicians come together to develop new solutions for “real” clinical needs.
Current medical devices in development at the TCBE are in the area of neural engineering, vascular devices and orthopaedic reconstructions.
