Deposit
Every student granted rooms must pay a deposit of €250, within 14 days of the offer, otherwise your right to the room lapses. Deposits are payable electronically by secure online credit card transaction. Log onto the following to make your payment: https://accommodation.tcd.ie/StudentBookings/. Arrangements for the deposit to be returned will be made when you moved out, have paid all outstanding charges and surrendered all keys.
