Standard Rooms - New Square or Rubrics

Standard rooms comprise either single study bedrooms or sets containing a lounge and two single bedrooms. These rooms have shared kitchen and bathroom facilities, with network connections. Television points are available in Rubrics.

Modern Rooms - Pearse Street, Graduate Memorial Building, Botany Bay, Front Square, Goldsmith Hall

Pearse Street

These rooms comprise single study bedrooms with a private bathroom. Network connections are available, there is no television point, and heating is storage heating.

Graduate Memorial Building

These rooms comprise single study bedrooms with a private bathroom. Network connections and television points are available. There is central heating in the GMB.

Botany Bay

Shared apartment with two single bedrooms, livingroom/kitchen area, shower/toilet. Also some shared apartments with three single bedrooms, livingroom/kitchen area, shower/toilet. Network connections and television points available. Central heating.

Front Square

Newly refurbished ensuite apartments ranging from two to five bedrooms each with a kitchen/livingroom. Apartments with two bedrooms are adapted for universal access. The five bedroomed apartment consists of four singles and one twin room. Network connections and television points (in livingroom) are available. Central heating.

Goldsmith Hall

Apartments are mostly 4/5 bedrooms (there are however a small number of larger apartments), 2 bathrooms and a kitchen/living room. Network connections and television points (within livingroom) available. Central heating.
