Room Deposit
Every student granted rooms must pay a deposit of €250, within 14 days of the offer, otherwise his/her right to the room lapses. Deposits are payable electronically by secure online credit card transaction. Log onto the following to make your payment: https://accommodation.tcd.ie/StudentBookings/(opens a new browser window) Arrangements for the deposit to be returned will be made when the student has vacated, has paid all outstanding charges and surrendered all keys.

Utility Charges

Early Arrival & Daily Extensions
For students whose lecture term starts earlier than 21 September and who wish to take up residence before that date, please print off and complete this 'early arrival form' and return to the Accommodation Office:
Extensions can be arranged for a period not normally extending beyond the day following your final examination. Provided that the Accommodation Office is notified and paid before 14 April, students may extend, based on the rates set out below for each day required after 12 May.
If you wish to extend, please print off and complete an extension form and return it to the Accommodation Office with your payment.
