Rates for the academic year 2009-2010 are as follows:

| Goldsmith Hall | Fully furnished single sets, comprising living room and fully fitted kitchen area, bedroom, shower, toilet and washbasin | €889.00 per month |
Standing charges for utilities are additional to the above rental charges. These charges cover heating, hot water, consumed energy, data connection and TV (terrestrial channels).
