Leona is the Director of the Academic Registry in the Corporate Services Division. She has been with the College for 25 years working across many areas of academic administration. Leona holds a B.A. in Management and a Diploma in Personnel Management. As Director of Academic Registry, Leona is responsible for:
- Driving the transition phase of embedding new structures, business processes, and systems;
- Leading the Academic Registry team that supports the stages of the student life cycle;
- Delivering efficiency in service provision and business processes across the Academic Registry.
- Facilitating the ongoing development of the Academic Registry.

As part of the Academic Registry Leadership Team, the Head of Service runs the Service Function which is responsible for: customer services (including the Service Desk); communications (internal & external), human resources & business administration within the Academic Registry. Peter has been with Trinity College since 2007 and was appointed as Head of Business Support & Planning in the Academic Registry in 2015. Previously he worked in the National University of Ireland (NUI). Peter holds a B.A. (Hons) in Philosophy and Politics from the National University of Ireland and M.Sc. in Multimedia Systems from University of Dublin.
The Business Support & Planning activity serves to centralise a number of tasks from across the Academic Registry and facilitates a more focused, value-add use of time and resources for the Operations function. Its creation is also in recognition of the central role that SITS plays in the operation of the Academic Registry and in the College generally.

Jennifer has recently joined the Academic Registry as Head of Operations, having previously held the position of Head of Academic Operations in Dublin Business School. Jennifer holds a BA in International Business and Languages from Dublin Institute of Technology.
The Operations function is responsible for the activities required to support the student lifecycle. This ensures that there is a clear focus on the key Operations of the AR, with all the support activities being located in the two support functions. This unit is responsible for the following core activities that constitute the student lifecycle:
- Applications and Admissions, including to study abroad programmes
- Fees and Payments
- Assessment, Progression & Graduation
- Records & Case management
