Student Field Trips

The Marine Field Trip to Portaferrry in County Down is held each year, normally in September. It is residential and lasts about five days.

The Marine Field Trip to Portaferry was held from Monday 26th September to Friday 30th September 2011.

There is also a residential, terrestial field trip to Glendalough in County Wicklow, which is run over one week towards the end of Hilary term. This field trip is an introduction to field techniques used in the study of terrestial ecosystems, with an emphasis on zoololgical assessment.
