RPM

 

What is RPM?

The RPM (Resource Planning Model) is a ‘future facing’/planned resource allocation model to be used for budgeting. The Board of the College has noted that “a future facing model would support College’s Strategic Plan while providing the effective means by which to manage College budgets.”
