Research Administration
Welcome to the webpage of the Research Administration Section (RAS) within the Treasurer's Office, where you will find all the necessary information in relation to the administration of research accounts.
The Research Administration Section manages a wide portfolio of externally funded research grants and contracts valued at in excess of €375m. This entails administering circa 1,100 research accounts, awarded to over 430 Principal Investigators from over 150 different Sponsors, across all Disciplines, Schools and Trinity Research Institutes in College.

- Preparation and reconciliation of financial claims to sponsors

- Processing of research expenditure
- Co-ordination of financial audits
- Circulation of monthly financial eReports to Academic Community
- Reporting of statistical data internally and externally
