Customer Feedback/Issues Procedure
If you have any issue with, or feedback regarding any aspect of our service, you are encouraged to let us know.
To do this, please detail your issue in full through one of the folllowing mechanisms:

- Write your issue/feedback in full along with your name, contact details and your School/Discipline/Service Area and post to:

You will receive an email acknowledgement upon reciept of the form and your issue will be investigated by the Treasurer's Office. We will endeavour to provide a response within two weeks.
