Payroll FAQs
The Payroll Section of the Treasurers Office deals with personal tax issues, please phone Extn: 1928.
Please supply the Payroll Section of the Treasurer's Office with part 2 and 3 of your P45 from your previous employer in the Republic of Ireland. If your previous employer does not have this document, they should contact the Tax Office (Goverment department) directly to ask them to forward your tax information to TCD.

Yes, if requested, P60s can be re-issued within two weeks.
On the 6th day of each month by 12pm (this becomes the Friday at 12pm if the 6th falls over a weekend or bank holiday). Forms must have reached the Payroll Section of the Treasurer's Office by 12pm on the 6th of each month to ensure inclusion in the next payroll.
The deadline for the Christmas payroll is notified separately by email to all staff members.

- Monthly Payroll - 20th of each month
- Casual Payroll - last working day of each month
- Weekly Payroll - Thursday of each week
