Student Fees FAQs
- If you have paid by bank giro (fee payment form), please note that the top part of this form is the official receipt from the College.
- For fees paid via ePay (online payment system), requests for receipts should be emailed to: stufees@tcd.ie
- Please quote:
- Student Number
- Student Name
- Course
- Academic year for which receipt is requested
- Type of receipt (tax or general)
- Receipts will be mailed to the student’s home address.
All local authority maintenance grant cheques must be collected from:
Student Records Office, Regent House, TCD
- How do I request a refund for the Student Charge paid when my Local Authority has approved my grant application?
- When your local authority has approved your grant application you must send a copy of the letter of award to the Fees Office, Treasurer’s Office, 5 College Green, Dublin 2. The Fees Office will then invoice the local authority for the relevant fees.
- When the local authority has paid the invoice, a refund (where due) will then be issued to the student. Refund cheques are mailed to the student’s home address.
- Please note that higher education grants from your local authority must be renewed annually.
The quickest way to pay course deposits is through our ePay system: epay.tcd.ie
- Replacement fee payment forms can be requested from the Fees Office. Please email: stufees@tcd.ie with your request, quoting the following information:
- Student Number
- Student Name
- Course
- Replacement fee payment forms will be mailed to the student’s home address.
- The Fees Office does not determine the EU/Non-EU status of students.
