Banking and Cash FAQs
- Cheque lodgements can be sent directly to the Treasurer's Office with a completed Lodgement Form which can be found under the following link: Accounts Payable Forms.
- A Bank of Ireland Lodgement Book can be provided to the School/Discipline/Administrative Area whereby lodgements can be made directly to the bank. Please contact income@tcd.ie if you require a Lodgement Book.
When expecting a payment by bank transfer, please email: income@tcd.ie and provide the amount, who the payment is from and the appropriate codes.
- Please complete the Petty Cash Form which can be found at the following link: Petty Cash Payment Requisition Form
- The deadline for the receipt of petty cash requests is 5pm on Tuesdays
- Petty cash should only be used for incidental purchases i.e. no staff payments
- All receipts and petty cash books should be kept for audit purposes
