Who can use e-Reports?
Faculty Deans, School, Discipline and Departmental Heads or their designated staff.
Guidance Notes (PDF) provides you with an explanation of the steps you should follow in retrieving reports.
How do you gain access to specific reports?
If you select 'Retrieve Reports' in the e-Reports menu, you will be prompted for your College Network username and password, see http://isservices.tcd.ie/accounts/passwords.php for more information. If you are having difficulty with your account username or password you should contact the TCD IS Services Helpdesk at ext. 2000 or by emailing helpdesk@tcd.ie for advice.
What hardware/software do you require?
You need a desktop computer (PC or Apple Mac) connected to
the College network running an operating system supported by IS Services.
You require an Internet browser, e.g. Firefox or Internet Explorer (IE)
- the pages are best viewed using an up-to-date version of the browser.
You will also require Adobe Acrobat Reader version 5.0 or higher - if you
do not have this it can be downloaded and installed from the Adobe
website
