eReports
Welcome to eReports, your source of Web-based, up-to-date
financial reports from the College's Central Financial System. This
is a joint initiative between the Treasurer's Office and Information Systems
Services. To access eReports click Retrieve
Reports
This service is aimed at providing Faculty Deans, School, Discipline and
Department Heads of Academic, Administrative, Service and Subsidary Activities,
Research Principal Investigators or their designated staff, with on-line
access to standard monthly financial management reports.
The features of this service include:
- eReports are available at any time, seven days a week
- eReports provides you with a facility to view and print your reports (PDF format)
- Transaction detail reports, and a selection of summary reports, are also available in MS Excel format.
- you will be able to retrieve reports back to October 2005 and each month forward from that date
- access to eReports is dependant on security access - you will only be able to retrieve and view reports relating to your designated function
The service was originally introduced in July 2002, and is subject to revisions and enhancements over time. Your feedback, comments and queries, as a current or prospective user of the facility, are welcomed.
