"In conjunction with a corporate health and well-being initiative, Cpl held a 10K Gym Challenge in Trinity College Gym. The support we received from Eamon and his team in the lead up to the event and on the day was second to none. They provided us with their excellent facilities, equipment and expertise to ensure that the event went off without a hitch. 38 people took part, €1,045 was raised for charity and we couldn’t have been happier with how things went. "This blitz enabled us to get over 500 young students moving, rowing and coaching - thanks to the help of Trinity. In addition any of the students were given tours by former rowers or current DULBC/DUBC members. The blitz was also fully supported by DUBC and DULBC who played key roles in the set up and over seeing the correct timing of the event. We hope that this connection will bring more visibility to Trinity and in particular the all important link between academia and sport, particularly that essential link to get girls to see the benefits of sport and study."

"At the moment I am on my second course with Bon and would highly recommend his classes. I have always avoided strength training and prioritized cardio, however the idea of walking up the aisle this summer motivated me to sign up to Bon's course. My primary motive was admittedly aesthetic, however there are obvious health benefits to the classes as well! I was beginning to see results by the end of the first course and half way through the second I had achieved exactly what I wanted, and more. I found I needed to do the same course twice before I got what I wanted but that was likely due to my starting point. Now I feel strong, and am more inclined to use kettle bells and other equipment which I would previously have avoided. The classes are varied, challenging and effective. Correct technique is emphasized and continuous encouragement helps me to push through the harder exercises, something I know I would not do alone. Bon is professional, keeps to time, and can appropriately alter and progress exercises to suit individuals within a class setting. I would highly recommend at least one of his courses to anyone who isn't afraid to sweat and wants to see results."

"Not being totally confident with my figure, I signed up to Bon Sheekeys '6 week to more visible abs' course in Trinity College Dublin sports centre. The classes were intense consisting of a full body program with emphasis on the core. After a few sessions I noticed my fitness levels increase and I had a much stronger core muscle area. I also lost inches off my waistline and began to see more physical definition in my shape. These classes combined with a complete change in my diet and diet tips from Bon helped me to achieve this result! I am completely more body confident and would definitely recommend these classes to anyone considering toning up in time for the summer."

"I took part in the summer Gladiator training. The dynamic within the group was great, even though there was an emphasis on achieving personal goals, we felt like a team, there to support each other. There was an incredible amount of attention given to each of us, making sure we improved both our strengths and weaknesses through exercise and nutrition. I learned so much about technique that when it came to training in my own time, it didn't seem like a daunting task. More than anything it was fun! Yes we got our sweat on and felt the burn but we also enjoyed training. This out of everything I experienced on the course made it a success because it made me push myself harder and keep going once the sessions ended. The course showed me just how much can be achieved in only 8 weeks. I can't wait for the next one, bring it on!"

"Thank you and all the team for a fabulous camp last week. Linh had the best time ever and loved every day. It was terrific that she got to experience new sports for her such as fencing, karate, badminton, volley ball, tag rugby and uni hoc. Her target this year was to reach the top of the climbing wall, which she succeeded to do on day two and was thrilled with herself. I have to say it is the best value that I have come across as my children have done lots of camps but the TCD summer sports camp is No. 1. Already Linh is looking forward to 2016.
