With some simple instruction you can get a full body work out with just the one piece of equipment.
Rookie rowing will involve three 45 minute practice sessions where you'll learn the basic technique that you will have with you whenever you visit the gym. Finish off the 4 week course with a fitness challenge to give you a bench mark to progress.
