Dublin University Staff Golf Society - DUSGS
The society is open to all staff and alumni. Members of the society are encouraged to bring visitors to our outings which are typically held on a mid week afternoon within 45 minutes drive of College. It is an ideal opportunity to catch up with colleagues, friends and for corporate entertainment. The virtue of golf means people of any age and differing abilities can play. Indeed there were those in their twenties out last time and those who are well past seventy. As one only spends a small portion of the four-hour game actually hitting the ball, there is ample opportunity to conduct business or catch up on social activities.

The current annual fee for the society is €40 and includes
- Member’s green fees
- Entry to the Provost’s Cup (first 32 entrants)
- Entry to the Golfer of the Year
- Insurance (while on DUSGS sanctioned outings)
- Prizes and spot prizes for the outings
