If you need additional help with your training Coaching swimming sessions can be arranged (if there is enough interest.  Contact deirdre.mullen@tcd.ie for more information.

• All sessions must be booked and paid at reception.
• Each participant must sign in the Swim for a Mile log book.
• Proof of registration is needed for non members.
