“NOTHING IS IMPOSSIBLE”
Experience
I started in the Fitness industry over 10years ago. I have a vast knowledge and experience of various areas. I first studied Sports and Leisure Management in 2002. This included NCEF (University of Limerick) qualification in fitness instruction. I worked as a Fitness Instructor for 4years, during this time I continued my education becoming a Personal Trainer, Swimming Instructor, various group class instructor courses.
An opportunity to work in Australia came up, where I worked in Fitness First franchise in Sydney. I returned to a job in Trinity College Dublin in the sports department, thanks to the team there I earn a lot experience through classes’ and one to one personal programmes. By this stage I had qualified in GP Exercise Referral with THE WRIGHT FOUNDATION in England and A Diploma in the Introduction in to Eating Disorders with BODYWHYS. I will continue my study within the industry as we are "always learning". I have worked with Irish TV stars and County Footballers to help them achieve their goals.....I look forward to meeting you and help you achieve your goals.
