Experience

I have trained a number of individuals from a variety of backgrounds including UCD Athletics sprint squad and Wexford Gaelic Football team. I have also had great success with men and women of different ages looking to lose weight and tone up.

I have the experience to give you advice on practical nutrition and a focused training program individual to your needs and capabilities.

I have a particular passion for helping runners of all distances improve strength and power resulting in Personal Bests, Fitness and Weight loss.
