Classes

We have launched three new classes recently to complement our class schedule:

Kettlebells

Using a century old technique developed in Russia, a typical kettlebell routine builds functional muscular strength by mimicking movement in your everyday life. A single routine will use all ranges of motions so joints and muscles are strengthened from all angles.

Box Fit

Enjoy sparring with a partner using pads and shadowing which involves repetitions of boxing moves as the basis for a high energy workout. The emphasis is on knocking your body into shape, not knocking anyone out!!

Rise and Shine Yoga

There's nothing like getting up early and doing something good for your body, mind and soul. This early morning yoga class includes a flowing yoga sequence with mediatation to energise, de-stress and set you up for the day ahead.
