About Lomi Lomi Massage
Lomi Lomi is known famously as the Rolls Royce of massage. Its holistic and curative massage style works on the body as a whole. It’s strong and therapeutic flowing oil massage promotes ease and alignment in healthy and injured bodies. Practiced in Hawaii and Polynesia it has roots in this ancient shamanic culture as a rite of passage to establish positive patterns in the body and mind of a young person. This is a rhythmic breath orientated Artisan oil massage.
It includes a primary aspect of its alchemy, a deep relaxation of the body and mind deeply rooted tensions and their associated injuries, pain and discomfort are released easily and spontaneously. It is most of all a gorgeous and lush experience, as well as transformative for the body.
Lomi Lomi became a passion of Sarah-Jane’s as she feels its strong rhythm is a balancing force in the way our fun but often frenetic lives are now structured. With regular treatments brings an ease, fluidity and strength to the body that is effortless. She spent some years in Thailand honing her craft which she incorporates into her massage such as Thai massage and Cranio-Sacral therapy.
Outside of work Sarah-Jane is a highly experience yoga teacher and dancer.
