Keiser Resistance Training Room
Ground Floor: The Keiser room is located on the ground floor of the Sports Centre. It has seven Keiser air resistance machines including:
- Multi-functional machine
- Leg Extension
- Leg Curl
- Lat Pull-down
- Seated Row
- Bench Press
- Lateral Raise
Keiser machines are ideal for rehabilitation and are wheelchair friendly. You can book a free Keiser induction with one of our fitness instructors.
