Keiser Resistance Training Room

Keiser Training Room

Located on the ground floor, 7 keiser air resistance machines along with various cardio stations. This equipment offers the latest technology in resistance training.  It involves training with similar weights machines to that of the Fitness theatre without the weights stacks.  Rather than using weights stacks on each machine, Keiser have developed an electrical compressor that provides as much or as little resistance that you require for our full circuit of resistance equipment training.  You can easily increase or decrease the amount of resistance throughout the movement of the exercise which is something you cannot do with the regular resistance equipment..
