Vinyasa Yoga Intermediate

A six week course for those who have completed our Beginners Course or who have practised Yoga before.

  • Build on the foundations of our practice
  • Learn to deepen our postures and correct our alignment
  • Focus on breathwork, and mindfulness in our practice
  • Explore new postures and more dynamic flows
  • Develop greater strength and flexibility

This course is ideal for those looking to strengthen their yoga practice and find more peace, stability, and ease in their daily lives.
