How do I… join a fitness class or try something new?

What fitness classes are available to me?
Once you are a student of Trinity College that automatically makes you a member of the Sports Centre. This entitles you to the member’s rate for all exercise classes. For further information regarding class timetable and descriptions click here. We have up to 80 classes to choose from, ranging in price from €2.50-€5.50 (members) and €4.50-€10 (non-members).

How to book a fitness class?
To book a class call the Sports Centre reception on 01 896 1812 or arrive into the Sports Centre reception desk at least 15 minutes before the class is due to start. Payment should be made at the time of booking. Classes can be booked and paid in advance.

How do I buy a class pass and what does it entitle me to?
As an existing member you can upgrade your membership and purchase a class pass. The class pass entitles you to access all our Trinity Sport instructor classes at a cost of €150 for the full year. We have up to 80 classes a week to choose from, including Rip 60, kettlebells, yogalates, ballet sculpt and Bonz body blast plus many more.

What fitness courses are available to me?
We have numerous sports and fitness courses available for all students to join at a member’s rate. Courses range from four-eight weeks, and are for all levels from beginners to advanced.

How do I book a fitness course?
To book on to any course call the Sports Centre reception desk on 01 896 1812. They can book and take payment over the phone. For sport specific courses email Rosie King

As a student can I hire a football pitch or a hall?
The Sports Centre is available for all student groups. We offer special rates on sports halls, tennis courts, climbing wall and fitness studios. Weekly and term bookings will be facilitated Click here for more information.

Can I have private one to one sessions?
Trinity Sport provides one to one sessions in tennis, climbing, swimming, pehabilitative Pilates and gym instructor fitness appointments. Speak with reception by calling 01 896 1812 or email Rosie King
