This class is a great cardiovascular workout led by one of our highly motivated and enthusiastic trainers to the sound of their own unique playlists. Pedal through hill climbs, sprints, intervals and many other challenging drills and exercises. All levels are welcome. Don't forget your towel and water bottle as this class can get pretty sweaty!

Saturday Hatha Yoga
A hatha yoga class that incorporates asanas (postures), pranayama (breathing exercises), and concentration through energy balance and meditation. This class flows through a 50min hatha section and a 25min restorative section in order to engage in energetic practice and to prepare the body for relaxation. Classes include: dynamic pose alignment for strength and concentration, stretching, meditation, and deep relaxation. Yoga practitioners of all levels are welcome!
Step aerobics is an excellent way to burn calories, shape and tone up with lots of varied jam packed, fun and enjoyable dance choreography. An upbeat 45 min interval & strength based indoor cycling training class, suitable for all levels beginner through advanced, geared towards anyone looking to improve cardio fitness.

A 30 minute upper body conditioning class, suitable for all fitness levels, modifications given for beginner & advanced levels. Class designed to strengthen & tone up arms & core, including lower back. Great compliment to cardio exercise.

- All classes must be booked and paid in advance.
- Class fees will not be refunded unless the class is cancelled or rescheduled.
