10 week Adult Swimming Lessons

Our Adult Swimming Lessons are a great introduction to swimming, whether you are looking to take the plunge as a complete beginner or you are returning to swimming and want to improve your stroke and technique.
Non-swimmer - Designed for people who CANNOT SWIM any distance? You will learn water confidence and move onto the basics of the front and back crawl.
Date: Course 1: Tuesday 20th January – Tuesday 31st March 2015 (10 Weeks) *
Time: 6-7pm
Date: Course 2: Thursday 22nd January - Thursday 26th March 2015 (10 Weeks)
Time: 7-8pm
Improver 1 - Designed for people who can swim a very short distance. You will learn the front crawl, back crawl and the basics of breathing & breast stroke
Date:  Course 1: Tuesday 20th January – Tuesday 31st March 2015 (10 Weeks) *
Time: 7-8pm
Date: Course 2: Thursday 22nd January - Thursday 26th March 2015 (10 Weeks)
Time: 6-7pm
Improver 2 - Designed for people who can swim 25m without stopping. You will learn breathing techniques; improve your front & back crawl and breast stroke

Time: 6-7pm
Lane Training – Designed to provide stroke correction and development for people who have good movement through the water and can swim at least 100 meters without stopping
Date: Course 1: Tuesday 20th January – Tuesday 31st March 2015 (10 Weeks) *

Date: Course 2: Thursday 22nd January - Thursday 26th March 2015 (10 Weeks)
Time: 7-8pm
*Please note there will be no class on Tuesday 17th March

Intensive Swim Lessons
This comprehensive program teaches swimming from beginners to advance and beyond. Front crawl, back crawl, breast stroke and butterfly will be taught over the levels including a number of other skills such as breathing techniques, treading water, skulling, survival techniques all aimed to give you confidence and improve your performance in the pool.

Pre & Post Natal Course
A specialised six week pre and post natal exercise course to help maintain posture, strength, balance and pelvic floor stability. This class is based in the swimming pool and fitness studio.
Date: Tuesday 20th January – Tuesday 24th February (6 weeks)
Time: 12.15-1pm
Cost: Member €45 & Non Member €55
