Pre & Post Natal -

Cost: Members €35 / Non member €50

5 week course
11th Feb-11th March 2014  @ 12.15-1.00pm (Tuesdays)

This class provides safe & effective exercises will give huge benefits for the pre/post body. Classes are Swimming pool based with a home exercise plan. The course is specifically designed to concentrate on strength & tone, cardio fitness, balance-posture-coordination; pelvic floor, pregnancy Pilates, stamina, aqua aerobics, swimming tips and toning work. A fun, informative course, a great way to stay fit and healthy, making new friends along the way!

Breast feeding advice and information from the College Nurse, these sessions will be outside the course and are optional. To register your interest email duty manager Alan Campbell
