Course 1: Starting Tuesday 5th June for 5 consecutive weeks......(5th, 12th, 19th, 26th June and 3rd July)

Course 3: Starting Tuesday 28th August for 5 consecutive weeks....(28th August, 4th, 11th, 18th, 25th August)

Cost: Members €35 / Non member €50
This course provides safe & effective exercises will give huge benefits for the pre/post body. Classes are shared between studio work and the swimming pool. The course is specifically designed to concentrate on strength & tone, cardio fitness, balance-posture-coordination; pelvic floor, pregnancy Pilates, stamina, aqua aerobics, swimming tips and pool based toning work. A fun, informative course, a great way to stay fit and healthy, making new friends along the way!
