This site contains information on the projects and research carried out by the Aerospace Psychology Research Group (APRG) in the Department of Psychology, Trinity College Dublin, Ireland.
The core work of the APRG concerns the human and organisational factors which underlie safety, reliability and change in complex safety-critical industries like aviation. Its goals are:
  • To advance theoretical understanding of the dynamics of human performance and organisational systems
  • To promote better practice in the management of safety and reliability
  • To contribute to the development of regulations and standards which better meet human needs and characteristics.
