| Objective of the Project |
The objective
of the STAMP project is to define a professional development framework for
human factors personnel in the aviation maintenance industry, including
training, assessment, certification and accreditation. |
| Summary of the Project |
In order to define a professional development framework for human factors
personnel, the project activities are:
- A training needs analysis
- Definition of curriculum, training and assessment methodologies
- Liaising with industry, regulatory and certification bodies to establish
an appropriate certification/accreditation framework
- Developing an e-learning framework to support the delivery of the
training to the industry
- A demonstration distance learning human factors module

The need for the STAMP project.
