| Objective of the Project |
ADAMS-2
will develop an analysis of the human role in reliability and effectiveness
in the systems and processes of aircraft maintenance - at the level of the
task, individual and group, events and incidents, and the organisation. |
| Summary of the Project |
The ADAMS-2
will support the development and evaluation of tools and methodologies to
improve practice in design, quality management, and organisational learning
following incidents. Organisational change requirements for successful implementation
and costs and benefits of these interventions will be examined. |
