I think the second in a series, used by Inglehart amongst others. This is just the Irish wave. It was written up by Chris Whelan from the ESRI in a book published in the mid 1990s.

This comprises frequently asked questions frtom all EBs between 1973 and 1991. It was widely employed for the Beliefs in Government series of books (OUP, 1997)
