I have recently started a PhD program in Physics at Trinity College, Dublin. I am a member of the Photonics and Nanofabrication group based in the Advanced Microscopy Laboratory in TCD's nanotechnology research institute.
I graduated with a B.A. (Mod) in Nanoscience, Physics and Chemistry of Advanced Materials from Trinity College, Dublin in 2015.
I have 4 years of laboratory experience at undergraduate level in both physics and chemistry, with focus on advanced materials. I have also completed three scientific projects in three different universities in the last year.
I am interested in applications of nanoscopy and microscopy in materials research, as well as functionalisation of materials on the nanoscale and applications in nanophotonics and medicine.
