Public Outreach/Schools Information
TYPE
The School of Physics offers information and laboratory tours to school students at two open days every year. It also runs a work experience week for transition year students (TYPE Transition Year Physics Experience).
MPOD 2011
The Maths and Physics Open Day took place on Saturday 12th November 2011. The day featured lectures and tours along with a chance to meet staff and students from both the School of Physics and the School of Mathematics.Please see here for a timetable of the day.
The Trinity College Open Day takes place on Friday 2nd and Saturday 3rd December 2011.
