Surface Science

Our Surface Science facilities include two home built Scanning Tunnelling Microscopes (STM) located in the Fitzgerald Building, a commercial Low Temperature Scanning Tunnelling Microscope (LT-STM) located in the Naughton Institute, and an XPS system, also located in the Naughton Institute (CRANN).
