Mr. Zhiming Wang |
Zhiming graduated in 2007 with an honours degree in Physics and Chemistry of Advanced Materials from Trinity College Dublin. He is currently studying the surface properties of indium phosphide, and the techniques needed to clean and passivate it in preparation for deposition of high-k dielectric materials. This is studied by using x-ray photoemission spectroscopy, synchrotron soft-xps and low energy electron diffraction.
