Postdoctoral Researcher at the Laboratory for Micro- and Nano-technology (LMN) at the Paul Scherrer Institute (PSI), investigating Quantum Cascade Lasers (QCLs) using a range of spectrsoscopic techniques that include a brand new Infra Red (IR) beam-line at the Swiss Light Source (SLS) synchotron. Current projects include the development of a SiGe QCLs for integration into Si-based optoelectronics, and the commisioning of a pump-probe laser system at the SLS IR beam-line for dynamic studies of QCLs. |
